Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to increase our our revenue.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Executive, your responsibilities:

  • To assist the National Sales Manager in the achievement of the company's sales goals and objectives.
  • You are required to strive and grow a profitable laundry business for Electrolux Professional, by meeting or exceeding the yearly assigned sales budget.
  • Identifying opportunities and formulate strategies to expand the dealer network and acquire new corporate or end-user unit sales customer account.
  • You will initiate or take the lead to work and liaise with all internal and external stakeholders in the sales process cycle which includes sales presentation, site evaluation, product quotation proposal, predefine sales, delivery and payment terms to the customers, layout designing stages, payment collection and etc.
  • Daily monitoring and updating of assigned sales leads and sales opportunities thru Sales Force (CRM) platform.
  • You are an experienced or energetic channel explorer, willing to seek out new business development and opportunities within the Hospitality, Wet Cleaning, Care and other relevant OPL laundry segments.
  • Proactive in conducting customer product training/demonstration, assisting with product testing and commissioning stage, gathering market and competitor information.

Qualifications

  • You have a Diploma or Degree, with minimum 4 years working experience in sales or similar position with an excellent and proven sales track record.
  • Candidate with commercial equipment experience, especially the laundry industry will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
  • You have a continuous learning mindset and always strive for self-improvement.
  • You have a high degree of commitment in developing your business knowledge and commercial awareness in this position and industry.
  • You have the right capabilities to build outstanding long-term business relationship with your customers.
  • You have excellent communications (spoken and written in English) and effective problem-solving skills.
  • You have excellent computer skills with proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Sales Force CRM platform will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
