Senior Sales Executive / Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement sales initiatives to meet or surpass designated sales objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and foster long-term relationships with key clients.
• Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Expand the customer base by engaging clients within the construction, industrial, and commercial sectors.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Address customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals and negotiations.
• Collaborate with technical and customer support teams to ensure superior post-sales service.
• Present and explain the features, benefits, and applications of insulation products to clients.
• Provide tailored recommendations and solutions aligned with client project needs.
• Deliver product training sessions and presentations to customers and relevant stakeholders.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management review.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of services and uphold high standards of quality.
• Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote insulation solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum three (3) years of proven sales experience in industrial or building materials, preferably insulation products or relevant field.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets or/and managing large accounts is essential.
• Sales experience or exposure dealing with insulation / construction / building material / manufacturing projects or industry would be highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects.
• Demonstrate flexibility in response to changing circumstances, including delays, unexpected shifts in priorities, and fast-paced work environments, while sustaining focus and productivity.
• Proficient in interpersonal communication and adept at collaborating with various stakeholders externally and internally to achieve goals. Able to effectively persuade and engage cross-functional teams in collaborative efforts.
• Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, conflict resolution with multitasking capabilities.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a mandatory requirement for this position to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• A willingness to undertake international travel as part of the assigned responsibilities.
• Demonstrated adherence to ethical standards, integrity, and values, including the ability to uphold confidentiality regarding sales, agreement contents, and other sensitive business matters and projects, is essential.

Salary : RM 4,670 – RM 7,000 per month
