Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Enterprise Sales Executive to lead our client acquisition efforts in Malaysia. This is a critical growth role for IGS Malaysia, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and has strong relationships and domain knowledge in FSI, government, telco, and enterprise sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop enterprise sales opportunities in financial services, government, telecom, and conglomerate sectors

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution development to deal closure and post-sale transition

Collaborate with internal technical and vendor teams to deliver value-driven proposals around ITSM, ITOM, DevSecOps, and automation platforms

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, especially CIOs, CTOs, and IT leadership

Accurately manage and report pipeline and forecast through CRM tools

Represent IGS at industry events, partner sessions, and client meetings across Malaysia

Stay updated on emerging enterprise IT trends and relevant regulatory requirements

Key Requirements

5+ years of enterprise IT sales experience in Malaysia, preferably with a system integrator or enterprise software vendor

Demonstrated success selling to banking, insurance, government, telco, or large-scale enterprises

Deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, DevOps/DevSecOps solutions and enterprise digital transformation needs

Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and drive consultative deals

Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese a plus)

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently as part of a regional team

Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline

Preferred

Experience with platforms like Atlassian, Freshworks, CloudBees, Sonatype, or similar

Technical knowledge of enterprise architecture, automation, and cloud solutions

Familiarity with local enterprise procurement processes, tendering, and compliance frameworks
