Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in Kota Damansara. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
• Strong market research and analysis capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in developing and executing effective sales strategies
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
