Job Description

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for expanding the market presence of SANY heavy equipment in Malaysia by developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The role works closely with internal teams to ensure effective sales delivery, customer satisfaction, and sustainable revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the sales and market expansion of SANY heavy equipment (including excavators, cranes, road machinery, trucks, spare parts, etc.) in the Malaysian market, and for formulating and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers while providing professional product solutions and consultation.
  • Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities, and adjust market strategies in a timely manner to strengthen brand presence and competitiveness.
  • Participate in marketing activities such as exhibitions, product demonstrations, and customer meetings to increase brand awareness and generate business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes, product delivery, and after-sales services, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, prepare sales reports, and regularly update management on market conditions and sales performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experiencein construction machinery, heavy equipment, or related industries; experience in excavator sales is an advantage.
  • Strong capabilities in market development, customer relationship management, and business negotiation.
  • Familiarity with the Malaysian market environment; candidates with strong industry networks and resources will be preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Highly responsible, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel for business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin.Proficiency in Malay is an added advantage.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred as the role involves serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
