Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, based in Shah Alam. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include preparing sales forecasts, developing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, negotiating contracts, and presenting customized solutions to clients. The role also involves maintaining a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support business objectives is essential.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in business development, sales strategy, and relationship management
  • Experience in analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to prepare and implement effective sales forecasts and plans
  • Knowledge of industrial products such as lubricants, surfactants, and additives, with exposure to relevant markets being an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Post-graduate/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in sales or account management is required, with a preference for candidates having experience in the distribution or industrial sectors
