Job Description

Key Roles:

  • To achieve yearly sales targets.
  • To execute marketing strategies and programs to achieve sales targets.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Attend to any sales enquiries (online & walk-in), soft launches and project launches.
  • To collect booking fee, update details in IFCA system, generate official receipt & booking form, and other documents needed.
  • Responsible to maintain the sales gallery.
  • To feedback to management on customer's comments and requirements.
  • To prepare and update the daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • To ensure compliance in the procedures and policies.
  • To verify and ensure its accuracy on the information on the Sales Form, SPA and all other documents prior to forwarding the same to the Finance Department.
  • To carry out detailed market research on competitor.
  • To liaise with lawyer on legal documentations and bankers on end-financing matters.

Qualifications

  • Having 3-5 years experience in property sales with proven record. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or any related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Bahasa, English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Positive working attitude and result oriented with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with self-initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Able to work long hours including weekends with minimum supervision.
