Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals and customer visits .
• Hunt for new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote sea freight, air freight, import/export and customs clearance solutions .
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable logistics solutions.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries and sales opportunities.
• Work closely with Customer Service and Operations to ensure smooth shipment fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Support the team in achieving overall business growth.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales / business development experience , preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of the freight forwarding industry.
• Proven experience in new customer acquisition and sales achievement .
• Strong hunter mentality and comfortable with cold calling and customer visits .
• Existing customer network is an advantage.
• Experience with import/export and customs clearance is preferred.
• Mandarin-speaking preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Motivated, hardworking and target-driven.
• Able to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
