Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities

Key Account Management & Revenue Growth

• Lead key B2B commercial relationships for major Western tech conglomerates and renowned OEMs across Penang and Klang Valley.
• Formulate and execute strategic territory sales plans to expand market share and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
• Manage local distributor network activities, setting performance metrics and supporting channel sales strategies.

Demand Planning & Supply Chain Coordination

• Oversee end-to-end demand forecasting, order processing, and customer buffer inventory alignment to ensure optimal supply chain continuity.
• Work closely with regional headquarters, global manufacturing units, and supply chain teams to resolve allocation bottlenecks and expedite critical shipments.

Quality Assurance & Commercial Escalation

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality inquiries, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and product change notifications (PCNs).
• Coordinate with internal technical support and quality engineers to ensure prompt root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Market Intelligence & Business Reporting

• Monitor market trends, industry developments, pricing movements, and competitor activities within the regional semiconductor ecosystem.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and periodic commercial summaries to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 5 years of sales experience within the semiconductor industry OR electronic components
