Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in Shah Alam. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the technical and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients.

• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
• Market Research and Reporting skills
• Negotiation and Contract Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and lead a sales team
• Experience in the O&G, industrial coatings or related industry is a plus
