Job Description

SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE

Permanent Position

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth through innovative sales and partnership strategies. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can identify potential markets and deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Strategy Development

o Identify potential clients and market opportunities in targeted industries.

o Conduct market analysis to understand trends and competitor activities.

o Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

o Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels (cold calling, email, social media, networking events).

o Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

o Act as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure satisfaction.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

o Develop customized proposals and presentations for potential clients.

o Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

4. Partnership Development

o Build strategic alliances and partnerships with industry stakeholders.

o Identify collaboration opportunities to enhance the company's market presence.

5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

o Track sales pipeline and progress using XERO tools.

o Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key achievements.

o Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

6. Innovation & Problem Solving

o Propose new products or services based on market demand and client feedback.

o Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-6 Years experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and XERO software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion activities.

Working hours : Mon - Fri 9.00am to 6pm (NEAR PUBLIC TRANSPORT - MRT SEMANTAN)

Basic Salary + EPF/ Socso / Eis

Job Type: Full-time
