Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls (leads are provided by the company)
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Build and funnel sales opportunities via direct customer engagement, written and tele-communication.
  • Maintain good after sales service to existing customers.
  • Candidates will be targeting clientele from different regional/ global markets.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Cheerful and friendly.
  • Multilingual proficiency especially in English and preferably in Mandarin and Cantonese as this role requires to deal with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clientele from other Asian countries.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills. Able to portray excellent negotiation skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and handle pressure well.
  • Persevered and determined to achieve sales targets.
