The Role

Our client, a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive corporate, meetings, incentives, conferences and events business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow MICE and corporate group business.
Identify and secure new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Manage key accounts, corporate clients, event organizers, agencies and industry partners.
Drive revenue through meetings, conferences, incentives, banquets and group events.
Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, site inspections and contract negotiations.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports and revenue updates for management.
Collaborate closely with Events, Banquet, Rooms and other hotel departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Represent the hotel at industry events, networking sessions and trade shows.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant hotel sales experience, with strong MICE exposure.
Experience in a 5-star luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment preferred.
Proven track record in achieving MICE and corporate sales targets.
Strong network of corporate clients, event agencies and/or PCOs is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Commercially driven, proactive and results oriented.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
