Position: Senior Sales Manager

Work Location: Kulai, Johor

Working Hours: 5 days, MonThu 8:00AM6:00PM, Fri 8:00AM5:30PM

Salary Package: Up to RM 6,000-8,000 (depends on experience)

Responsibilities:

Identify and explore new business opportunities in both existing and new markets, expanding the customer base and promoting the full range of company products;

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies;

Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to enhance team performance and meet sales objectives;

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty across various product lines;

Oversee the preparation and presentation of proposals, bids, and quotations tailored to customer specifications, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with project requirements;

Work closely with the engineering and product teams to stay updated on new product developments, technologies, and custom solutions for clients;

Provide regular sales performance reports, market insights, and sales forecasts to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning;

Perform other duties as assigned or required

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior managerial role.

Experience in HVAC, Cleanroom is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, Cleanroom technology, and their applications across various industries.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in sales

Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
