The Role

Ability to drive sales for the serviced suites by identifying new business opportunities, managing corporate accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, conducting sales calls and property presentations, negotiating contracts, coordinating with Operations to ensure seamless guest experiences, and achieving sales targets through effective market planning and account management.

Talent Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years sales experience in hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or serviced residences.
• Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of hotel sales, corporate accounts, and long -stay business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Opera is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven.
