What You'll Do On a Typical Day

  • Achieve assigned annual revenue targets and contribute to overall company sales performance.
  • Support the Head of Sales in driving sales strategy and identifying business growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify new leads and business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.
  • Manage projects from inquiry to contract award and support execution, invoicing, and payment collection.
  • Present PERI solutions and provide cost-effective proposals aligned with company's strategy.
  • Negotiate commercial terms in line with PERI sales and credit policies.
  • Maintain accurate updates in CRM and sales tools for leads, opportunities, and project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and promote PERI values in all business activities

What You'll Need To Be Successful

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or related industry (preferably formwork of scaffolding industry)
  • Strong sales skills and business acumen
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies and needs
  • Fluent in English
  • Confident and objective appearance/ personality
  • Knowledge of the industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently
