Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage sales opportunities with large enterprise groups in Malaysia.
  2. Promote Yonyou's YonBIP, ERP, financial management, and AI ERP solutions to enterprise customers.
  3. Identify customer pain points across finance, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, group management, and digital transformation.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, finance leaders, IT leaders, and business decision-makers.
  5. Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer meetings, requirement discovery, proposal coordination, commercial negotiation, contract closing, and payment follow-up.
  6. Work closely with pre-sales consultants, solution architects, delivery teams, and regional product teams to provide suitable solutions for customers.
  7. Build a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.
  8. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the enterprise software and ERP market.
  9. Represent Yonyou Malaysia in customer events, industry forums, seminars, and partner activities.
  10. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 8 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in ERP, SaaS, enterprise software, cloud solutions, financial systems, or IT solutions.
  3. Proven experience selling to large enterprise groups or complex corporate accounts.
  4. Strong understanding of enterprise business processes, especially finance, ERP, group management, supply chain, or digital transformation.
  5. Ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and manage complex sales cycles.
  6. Strong business development, consultative selling, negotiation, and account management skills.
  7. Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to support communication with local and Chinese-speaking enterprise customers.
  9. Existing network with large enterprises, Chinese outbound companies, or local business groups in Malaysia is an added advantage.
  10. Experience with ERP vendors, consulting firms, system integrators, or enterprise technology providers is preferred.
