Key Responsibilities:

Senior Sales & Marketing Support M.I.C.E. (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) & FIT Department Brief Position Summary

Responsible for the preparation of proposals, tenders and quotations to potential clients for the organization and/or management of meetings, incentive programs , conferences and other events;

Responsible for the management of all logistics relating to secured projects for the organization and/or management of meetings, incentive programs, conferences, and other events;

Joint responsibility with the Managing Director and Business Development Manager for liaison with clients or potential clients in relation to proposed or secured projects; Manage company digital marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, and implementation schedules. Ensures brand consistency in digital marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management.

Main Job Responsibilities:

Financial o Responsibility for the effective management of costs within the MICE & FIT Department o Together with the Procurement/Finance Department, secure optimal rates and prices for goods or services purchased from third parties o Assist in the formulation and coordination of cost and pricing, in consultation with:

Head Of Departments

Business Development Manager

Finance Manager

Operations to manage the proposal/tender preparation process and provide information and/or assistance the Head Of Department/Sales Manager and the client, where required to manage the procurement of goods and services required for the execution of secured projects, including, where applicable, travel (ticketing, etc.), accommodation, transfers and ground arrangements, meals and refreshments, tours and other activities as stipulated in the projects to Assist the Head Of Departments in the design, production and/or purchase of promotional or other materials required for secured projects to work with the Head of Departments in managing the provision of services (such as checking-in, registration, etc.) to the client during the course of the project

Interact closely with the Head Of Departments during the course of projects and support project management by:

. Attending client pre-project and on-going project meetings when requested to do so by the Head Of Departments/Sales Manager and/or Managing Director

Assisting in the resolution of disputes, if any, between H.T.T. and clients in the execution of projects

Participating in post-project reviews with clients and H.T.T. management

Reporting and implementing recommendations resulting from post-project reviews

Following up on invoicing and collections, interacting with the Finance Manager, Sales Manager and the clients

Ensures timely and effective inter-team communication and accurate information sharing for complete resolution and response to customers needs and requirements.
