Job summary
Responsible in all sales & marketing activities during pre-launch, launch and post-launch and also to evaluate or conduct analytical study for the company upcoming investment or development.
Job responsibilities
- Assist in developing, evaluating and completing all necessary marketing collaterals to meet company sales objective
- Ensure the Sales Gallery / Show Unit operate smoothly by routine check on the collaterals, utility issue, furniture and fittings
- Execute and setup A&P activities/ events/ roadshow / marketing campaigns
- Participation in Sales Gallery, marketing activities and roadshows duties
- Conduct market survey and intelligent study on market trends, demographic, pricing strategies, promotional packages for existing development and upcoming development
- Source/Pre-qualified of Creative Agency, Vendors, Suppliers & etc
- All Marketing Administration Works
- Building new leads and managing company database
- Monitoring of Advertising Permit (AP) & Developer License (DL) renewal
- To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duties assigned by superior or management when required
We are looking for
- Diploma / Degree holder in Marketing and Business Admin or equivalent
- At least 3 years relevant experiences as a Sales & Marketing with property developer.
- Good communication with purchaser, Fluent in speak & write in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Familiar with Noetic system would be ad added advantage.
- Diligence & Hardworking, committed work ethic, accommodating & teamwork.
