This role reports to the Country Senior Sales Manager and is part of the Nike Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) Sales team. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners in planning, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless business execution. The position is based in Malaysia.

Key Qualifications
- Based in Malaysia (Office is in Selangor)
- 5 years of business experience, including account management, retail buying, or merchandising
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Strong knowledge of sports, athletic industry trends; apparel experience is a plus
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver compelling product presentations
What You'll Work On
You'll own the growth and profitability of your account portfolio, driving engagement and delivering seasonal targets. You'll lead Go-To-Market activities, manage in-season execution, and identify opportunities to elevate Nike's presence across the market.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with planning, marketing, finance, and operations to execute seasonal and in-season strategies
- Prepare and deliver persuasive product presentations to drive sell-in and sell-through
- Develop accurate assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans to optimize sales
- Ensure timely submission of orders and coordination of retail launch information
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders at all levels
- Identify product opportunities and implement strategies that align with Nike's vision
- Champion retail elevation and share best practices across markets
