Greetings!

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Representative MedTech to lead sales growth across assigned territories and key accounts. The role focuses on promoting and selling medical devices, diagnostics, or digital health solutions to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate has strong clinical understanding, excellent relationship building skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex healthcare sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth considered above targets within assigned territory and accounts Manage and expand relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, and key decision-makers Promote MedTech products through product demonstrations, clinical discussions, and in service training Support clinical staff during product evaluations, trials, and implementations Lead contract negotiations, tenders, and pricing discussions in line with company policies Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, regulatory, and service teams Mentor junior sales representatives and support team performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or related field 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the MedTech, medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare industry Strong understanding of clinical workflows and hospital procurement processes Proven experience working with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare stakeholders Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
