Position Summary:
The incumbent to assist oleo sales and marketing activities under supervision of Regional Sales Manager to grow business revenues and profits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Regional Sales Manager in sales forecasting, registration of new customers, sample request, specification matching & etc processes.
- Assist in building and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships prompt response to their queries.
- Meet performance objectives of the sales budget, focusing on gross profit, and monitor throughout the month reporting any deviations.
- Analyse current marketplace and feedback any important market and competitive information.
- Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
- Timely update the of customer visit report, activities and business pipelines in the CRM (Customer Relation Management System)
Education/Experience
- A degree in Science/Engineering/Business/marketing degree with experience in sales and market of chemicals
- A minimum of 2 years commercial experience, preferably in chemical industry.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to influence and work in cross functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
