Senior Salesforce Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities will range from business consulting / analysis to project management activities in Salesforce implementation projects.
• Manage, govern and control projects with ITIL methodology
• Main tasks will be related to business analysis and project management on an end-to-end basis in Salesforce implementation projects
• Business requirements: gather, analyze, improve, prioritize to implement Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud
• Project management: plan, track, ensure key metrics are in line with project deadlines
• Problem solving: identify, mitigate, resolve outstanding issues for smooth project delivery

Requirements:

·      Certification or relevant working experience in Sales and Service Cloud

·      Minimum 4 years project experience in Salesforce implementation and configuration

·      Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a team setting

·      Strong functional and technical understanding, experience in Apex and LWC (Lightning Web Components) required
