Our client is a global leader in automotive and industrial technology and currently they are looking for Senior Salesforce Developer to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, customize, integrate, and migrate data within Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and align with best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership by defining coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, and perform audits or peer reviews for internal teams and vendors.
- Design, build, configure, and test Salesforce features and functionality.
- Support end-to-end project execution, including blueprinting, gap analysis, configuration, implementation, and documentation.
- Support global Salesforce rollout initiatives.
- Provide IT consultancy and support to key users, troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and manage service tickets.
- Collaborate with central/local stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and map business processes into Salesforce.
- Contribute to the strategic roadmap for Salesforce and evaluate new technologies or innovations to enhance business value.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in ICT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Flow Builder).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture; Sales Cloud expertise preferred.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Agile methodologies, Git, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Developer I/II) are a plus.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Team-oriented, self-organized, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel internationally.
