Location: Subang Jaya, Malaysia
Rate: RM 13,000 - RM 18,000 per month
Contract: 12month initial engagement (extensions highly likely)

We're partnering with a leading global university group establishing a major new digital capability hub in Malaysia. This is a rare opportunity to join an organisation undergoing a full technology uplift, driving modernisation across student experience, core systems, and enterprise platforms.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer (5-8 years) to help design, build, and deliver largescale Salesforce solutions as part of a multiyear transformation program. You'll join a newly formed Malaysian delivery team working across Salesforce, Ellucian, Moodle, Business Intelligence and other digital platforms.

What You'll Work On

Student Services Transformation (Major Program)

You'll contribute to a complete reimagining of the student services ecosystem - replacing outdated, manual processes with a fully digital, seamless, multichannel experience. This includes:

• Building a modern Salesforcedriven student service platform
• WhatsApp integration + AI chatbots
• Digital selfservice portals (no phone lines)
• Appointment booking systems
• Student finance and service workflows redesigned endtoend
• Highimpact work that directly improves student experience across all campuses

Additional Capability Streams

You may also support:

• Expansion of Moodle and SMS capabilities
• Business Intelligence uplift and data-driven decision systems
• Integration across enterprise platforms and cloud technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
• Integrate Salesforce with thirdparty systems and APIs
• Collaborate with architects, product owners and delivery teams in an Agile environment
• Ensure best practices for coding, documentation, testing, and deployment
• Support continuous improvement across the new Malaysia-based digital capability centre

What We're Looking For

• 5-8 years experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong background in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce
• Experience with thirdparty integrations and API development
• Exposure to Agile, CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices
• Salesforce certifications highly regarded
• Ability to work in a newly forming team and contribute to greenfield development work
