Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer who can join within 7-10 days.

Position: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Bengaluru / Pune

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days per week from office)

Joining: Immediate to 7-10 days

Role Purpose

The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting Salesforce solutions across the organization. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development along with the ability to lead technical discussions, contribute to solution architecture, and guide development teams in delivering scalable and high-quality Salesforce implementations.

The individual will play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices, and driving architectural decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze user stories and derive technical requirements, tasks, and development estimates.
Design and develop Salesforce solutions using industry best practices.
Create Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and technical specifications.
Maintain traceability between business requirements, technical specifications, and implementation.
Develop, unit test, deploy, and support Salesforce applications.
Participate in solution design discussions and architectural decision-making.
Lead development activities and provide technical guidance to team members.
Perform code reviews and support peer review activities.
Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and bug fixing.
Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate them as required.
Provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders.
Contribute to knowledge management, documentation, and best practice sharing.
Work effectively within Agile delivery teams.
