Be part of a growing regional team as a Salesforce Consultant. You'll bridge pre-sales and delivery, shaping and building solutions that matter.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of Salesforce consultants and analysts, helping shape how we deliver real value.
- Turn business goals into clear Salesforce requirements and blueprints.
- Work closely with product leads, project managers, and clientskeeping things agile, smooth, and on track.
- Build and tweak Salesforce customizations (Flows, dashboards, data migrations, security, integrations, and more.)
- Own user stories, backlog, test plans, and trainingmaking sure our solutions work and our users know how to use them.
- Help with client pitches, demos, and proofs of conceptshowcasing how Salesforce gadgets can solve real challenges.
Requirements:
- 810+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery or analysis at least 3 Salesforce features (Sales, Service, Experience, Field Service, or FSC SFI)
- Strong hands-on skills in admin/configurationFlows, security, SOQL/SOSL, automation, dashboards.
- Comfortable leading delivery in both Agile and Waterfall setups.
- Experience with integrations and CI/CD tools like GitLab, Copado, Jenkinsor similar.
- At least one Salesforce certification (Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud, Agentforce, OmniStudio).
- Bonus points if you've worked with Lightning (Aura/LWC), Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or AppExchange tools like Conga or Adobe Sign.
This a 100% remote opportunity in Malaysia. Contract is renewable yearly.
