Job Responsibility
You will be the face of our coffee outlet, responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and delivering outstanding customer service to every guest.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, pastry and specialty beverages according to standard SOP and consistent at all times.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.).
- Deliver friendly customer service to the customers.
- In charge for cashier, process cash, card payments, or e-wallet, familiar with POS systems.
- Use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and up sell to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, counters, and equipment
- Restock ingredients and supplies (e.g., beans, milk, cups, syrups) as needed.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (e.g., HACCP or local regulations).
- Fulfil any other duties assigned by outlet supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Require min SPM (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic skills in preparing food and beverage, prefer with experience as a barista or service crew
- Able to cope with fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a strong customer-first mindset.
- Able to start immediately would be an added advantage.
- Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays with 6days working/week.
