If you are looking to grow in an exciting career filled with opportunities and potential, we are seeking a professional to join our team as Senior ServiceNow Developer based in Kuala Lumpur.

The Role:

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management and Knowledge Management.
  • Configure and maintain forms, fields, Universal Life policies, Access Control Lists, workflows, and business rules.
  • Develop and maintain Client scripts, Server-side scripts, Script Includes, REST / SOAP integrations.
  • Build and enhance Service Catalog items, workflows, and end-to-end request fulfillment processes.
  • Implement integrations with external systems using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
  • Support CMDB integrations and data population, leveraging Discovery, Service Mapping, and third-party tools.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, including performance optimization and upgrade-safe customizations.
  • Partner with ITSM process owners to align technical solutions with ITIL v3/v4 processes.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design workshops, and technical reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and configuration guides.
  • Provide L2/L3 support and perform knowledge transfer to support teams as required.

The Person:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Preferably possess Certifications in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) / ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) / ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
  • Proven track record delivering ITSM solutions in enterprise or regulated environments.
  • Experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades and release cycles.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams, including business stakeholders, application teams, and infrastructure teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting), Flow Designer & Workflow Editor, Service Catalog development and CMDB data model and relationships.
