Senior shipping coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Shipping Coordinator located in Petaling Jaya. The Senior Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing shipping and receiving activities, managing inventory, and coordinating export operations. The role involves providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all processes meet company and regulatory compliance. The coordinator will supervise and manage daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Shipping & Receiving and Export operations
• Exceptional skills in Customer Service with the ability to communicate effectively and handle client inquiries
• Experience in Forklift Operation and Inventory Control
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with logistics and inventory management software is preferred
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation requirements
• Ability to lead teams and oversee day-to-day shipping operations efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus
