A well-established and fast-growing manufacturer across Southeast Asia is seeking a Senior Shipping Executive / Shipping Executive to join the expanding team.

Role Description

The Senior Shipping Executive / Shipping Executive is responsible in managing day-to-day shipping activities such as handling documentation, coordinating shipping processes, and liaising with third-party logistics providers. The Senior Shipping Executive / Shipping Executive will monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with shipping regulations, maintain detailed shipping records, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address any logistical challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 23 years of experience in shipping/logistics, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience handling bulky or large-sized products is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian transport, shipping operations, and documentation
• Proficiency in ERP systems and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience in shipment planning and logistics cost control
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
