Job Description
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end seller onboarding to Shopee Mall which includes system whitelisting, official document review and seller outreach.
- Track and report on onboarding and offboarding statuses while ensuring accuracy and timely updates across onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Serve as first point of contact for Mall onboarding and offboarding seller enquiries for overall BD.
- Liaise with internal teams (Key account managers, Seller acquisition, Customer service, Dispute and Return team) to resolve seller daily issues.
- Support ad hoc operational and administrative duties as required by the Mall BD team.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, compliance, administrative or a related field fresh graduates welcome
- Good attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Clear written and verbal communication skills comfortable liaising across internal teams
- Self-starter who works well independently and adapts readily to changing priorities
