Job Description

Were looking for a digitally savvy, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to support our retail marketing team in managing the day-to-day operations of our social media platforms. If you have a passion for creating engaging content, understanding digital trends, and working with F&B brands, this is your chance to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

ؠAssist in planning and maintaining the content calendar across social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XHS), aligned with launches, promotions, and brand campaigns in coordination with the brand, retail, and e-commerce teams.

ؠWrite & curate clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content, captions, and CTAs tailored to each platform and audience.

ؠMonitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and tagged content daily to foster engagement and maintain a positive brand presence to build community and maintain a warm, positive brand voice.

ؠStay ahead of social trends, competitor activities, and cultural moments; propose creative ideas that make TLJ content feel fresh, relevant, and shareable.

ؠCollaborate with designer to produce engaging visual/ video assets (e.g., Reels, Stories, TikTok).

ؠAssist in identifying and managing media, influencer and ambassador relationships, including sourcing and repurposing user-generated content.

ؠExecute seasonal and tactical campaigns, ensuring timely rollout of all content and deliverables.

ؠTrack and report on key social media metrics; contribute insights for weekly & monthly performance reviews.

ؠSupport live content capture during events, pop-ups, or shoots, including basic photo/video documentation.

Requirements

ؠ12 years of experience in social media marketing, digital content management, or a related fieldpreferably in the F&B, lifestyle or retail industry.

ؠStrong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, XHS), including content formats, audience behaviors, and platform algorithms.

ؠExcellent writing, content curating and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, platform-appropriate captions, and CTAs.

ؠA keen eye for food styling, lifestyle aesthetics, and visual storytelling.

ؠBasic photo/video editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar.

ؠA keen eye for design, aesthetics, and current trends in digital content and youth culture.

ؠFamiliarity with scheduling, publishing, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout Social).

ؠStrong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

ؠCollaborative mindset; able to work cross-functionally with design, content, e-commerce, and retail teams.

ؠWillingness to travel or work flexible hours occasionally during campaign periods or brand events.

ؠExperience working in a fast-paced environment or across different consumer segments (e.g., F&B, Cafe, lifestyle, or retail).

ؠPassion for food trends, digital trends, emerging platforms, and experimenting with new content formats (e.g., Reels, TikTok trends, interactive stories).

ؠFamiliarity with influencer or creator collaboration processes.

ؠAbility to adapt tone, style, and messaging for different brand voices or target audiences
