Role Summary
FACERINNA is seeking a talented and creative Senior Social Media Strategist with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the beauty industry, trends and market insights, as well as the ability to effectively leverage Instagram and TikTok trends for brand promotion.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies (TikTok & Instagram) aligned with FACERINNA's brand objectives and target audience.
- Create engaging and visually appealing TikTok content that showcases FACERINNA products in an authentic and compelling manner.
- Stay up-to-date on TikTok trends, challenges, and viral content within the beauty market.
- Stay updated on beauty industry, emerging trends, and platform updates to continuously enhance FACERINNA's social media presence and effectiveness.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behaviors, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for FACERINNA to tap into TikTok trends and reach a wider audience.
- Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to evaluate the performance of campaigns and initiatives, and provide insights for optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from any major, reputable university will be advantageous
- Proven min. 2 to 3 years in social media management (Instagram & TikTok), preferably within the beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of the beauty industry, including trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
