Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and document software per technical and functional specs, including user guides.
• Own projects end-to-end, from design and specs through testing, reviews, and deployment.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve technical debt, performance issues, and ensure high reliability.
• Mentor juniors, promote best practices, and foster knowledge sharing.

Key Requirement:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years software engineering experience.
• Expert in backend languages (C, Java, Kotlin); relational DBs (MSSQL/PostgreSQL); RESTful APIs; microservices.
• CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps), Git, Docker, SDLC tools (JIRA, Agile, Scrum).
• Basic web tech (HTML/CSS/JS, React/Angular a plus); strong analytical skills for real-time problems.
• Eagerness to learn Go/Python.
