About the Role
We are seeking a Senior System Engineer who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence and excited to help enhance our intelligent document workflow platforms. You will work on Artificial Intelligence model testing, evaluation, and improvement, as well as supporting promptmanagement and system integration.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead testing, benchmarking, and performance evaluation of AI/ML models.
- Oversee AI model upgrades, lifecycle management, and integration into production systems.
- Research and recommend new AI models, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
- Build and maintain promptmanagement workflows (optimisation, versioning, testing).
- Work with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable AIdriven solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building an AIcapable engineering culture.
What We are Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 48 years of experience in software engineering, including handson AI/ML involvement.
- Strong interest in AI and a desire to grow in this area.
- Good understanding of how to test, monitor, and manage AI models.
- Ability to work well with crossfunctional teams and communicate clearly.
- A proactive mindset with a strong focus on improvement and continuous learning.
