About the Role
We are seeking a Senior System Engineer who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence and excited to help enhance our intelligent document workflow platforms. You will work on Artificial Intelligence model testing, evaluation, and improvement, as well as supporting prompt‑management and system integration.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead testing, benchmarking, and performance evaluation of AI/ML models.
- Oversee AI model upgrades, lifecycle management, and integration into production systems.
- Research and recommend new AI models, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
- Build and maintain prompt‑management workflows (optimisation, versioning, testing).
- Work with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable AI‑driven solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building an AI‑capable engineering culture.
What We are Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in software engineering, including hands‑on AI/ML involvement.
- Strong interest in AI and a desire to grow in this area.
- Good understanding of how to test, monitor, and manage AI models.
- Ability to work well with cross‑functional teams and communicate clearly.
- A proactive mindset with a strong focus on improvement and continuous learning.
