About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Software Engineer (CCS1) to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end manufacturing and delivery of IT applications and change requests, working closely with internal stakeholders, SBU Engagement Managers, SMEs, and squad leads. You will play a critical role in ensuring application stability, solution quality, and alignment with business needs within an existing technology ecosystem.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage the delivery of IT applications and change requests to ensure consistency, stability, and alignment with business requirements
- Collaborate with Squad Leads to plan, manage, and deliver requests, including timelines and deliverables
- Develop technical solutions within the boundaries of the existing system architecture and ecosystem
- Evaluate business processes to anticipate requirements, identify gaps, and implement effective solutions
- Review requirement analysis and System Integration Testing (SIT) scope to ensure solution readiness
- Identify potential delivery risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness within the solution delivery function, adhering to best practices and high-quality standards
- Maintain a strong understanding of system usage in day-to-day business operations and advocate enhancements to optimize performance
- Provide production and post-implementation support, including root cause analysis for application issues
- Ensure strict compliance with all processes, audit requirements, and risk controls in the execution of user stories
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer with hands-on involvement in application delivery and change management
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, solution delivery, and production support
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business users, SMEs, and technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and drive mitigation plans
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, governance, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
