We are looking for a hands-on Developer / Sr. Developer with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem to lead solution design, development, and customer engagements. The candidate should have proven experience leading teams, deliver enterprise-scale solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Lead and mentor development teams.
• Drive architecture, code reviews, and best practices.
• Work closely with customers to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure and enterprise applications.
• Ensure successful project delivery with high quality and governance standards.
  
  

Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on technical expertise in Power Platform and Azure.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end solution delivery.
