Corporate Development Group (CDG) as the platform for the company's new business incubation and new business exploration, CDG is responsible for promoting development and innovation for important areas such as financial technology and advertising, as well as marketing services, including payment and financial applications. As a professional support platform, CDG also supports the company and various business groups in strategic planning, investments and mergers, investor relations and corporate global communications, marketing and public relations, and more.

What The Role Entails

• Cloud-Native System Development: Architect and build high-concurrency advertising data services natively on AWS, utilizing EKS, MSK, and S3 to ensure a scalable and robust overseas infrastructure.
• Large-Scale Data Engineering: Design and implement real-time and batch processing pipelines using Flink, Spark, and HBase to handle massive ad-log flows and complex data attribution.
• Performance & Reliability Engineering: Drive system stability through proactive JVM/GC tuning and deep-dive troubleshooting of distributed system bottlenecks (CPU, Memory, I/O).
• High-Availability Architecture: Implement resilient strategies for data integration and processing to support mission-critical, 24/7 ad-tech operations with high traffic and low latency.
• Data Compliance & Governance: Develop technical solutions that enforce strict data isolation and regional compliance, ensuring overseas user data security and privacy in a multi-region deployment.
  
  

Who We Look For

• Backend Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Java development, with deep knowledge of multithreading, JVM internals, and microservices.
• Big Data Stack: Proven track record in developing with Flink, Spark, and HBase in production environments.
• AWS Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with core AWS services, specifically EKS (Kubernetes), MSK (Kafka), and S3.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Expert at diagnosing and resolving performance issues such as OOM, CPU spikes, and GC tuning.
• System Design: Strong understanding of high-availability patterns, including circuit breaking, rate limiting, and distributed consistency.
• Experience in the AdTech industry (e.g., Attribution, Tracking, or RTB systems).
• Proficiency in leveraging AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) to enhance engineering productivity, optimize code quality, and accelerate complex problem-solving.
• A passion for exploring new technologies and a proactive approach to solving complex engineering challenges.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-border teams while maintaining independent development workflows.
