Senior Solution & Delivery Manager (Malaysia)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Solution & Delivery Manager based in Kuala Lumpur to lead our PropTech digital solutions and project governance. This role will combine digital marketing product delivery (with a focus on VR / Digital Twin / Digital Showroom solutions) and PMO responsibilities across our enterprise-level applications. The candidate will serve as a key bridge between clients, internal development teams (China R&D), and regional stakeholders, ensuring scope, quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities

1. Lead solution delivery for PropTech and digital marketing product lines, starting with the VR/Digital Twin Digital Showroom portfolio.

2. Act as PMO to govern project scope, milestones, budgets, and timelines across multiple enterprise-level implementations.

3. Manage client communications and ensure requirements are captured, analyzed, and translated into deliverables.

4. Coordinate closely with China-based development teams to track progress and resolve challenges.

5. Oversee delivery governance, ensuring projects are executed to a high standard and meet customer satisfaction KPIs.

6. Drive adoption and continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

7. Support business growth by ensuring successful reference projects and scaling delivery across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

1. 510 years of professional experience in PropTech, digital marketing, or enterprise solution delivery.

2. Solid track record in project management / PMO governance for technology or real-estate related solutions.

3. Strong client-facing, communication, and analytical skills.

4. Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects across countries and functions.

5. Good understanding of digital showroom / digital twin solutions for real estate marketing and sales.

6. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related fields.

7. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin or other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.

Preferred

1. Experience in PropTech, real estate, or construction industries.

2. Familiarity with VR, Digital Twin, and Digital Showroom strategies.

3. CRM knowledge in real estate (e.g., sales management, customer lifecycle, digital marketing integration).

4. Demonstrated leadership skills with the potential to take on regional delivery responsibilities.
