Senior Solution Designer (Fullstack Development)

TheSolution Designerrole is pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet both user needs and business goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.

Make an Impact by:

• Ownership of technical designs, code development, and component test execution to demonstrate alignment to the functional specification
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
• Design and develop reusable artifacts, modules and assets
• Proficient in coding and design patterns such as MVVM, SOLID, TDD
• Conduct and provide guidance as needed in software development, testing, code reviews and debugging
• Be involved and contribute to full stack engineering efforts
• Write unit test and ensure high test coverage as well as making sure source code complies with industrial information security standards
• Contribute to strategy and roadmap planning of applications

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or IT.
• Proven success in project/product implementation with over 3 years of software development experience.
• Minimum of 3+ yearsexperiencein front-end development using ReactJS, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in developing mobile backends/APIs on .NET Framework (C#), with experience in .NET Core and node.j
• Experience in Android development is a plus.
• Familiarity with front/back-end package management tools
• Demonstrate strong communication abilities for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and responsibility towards project outcomes.
• Comfort with rapidly changing environments and priorities. Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or processes as needed.
• Ability to maintain high standards for code quality, security, and user experience, ensuring that the final product is both functional and polished.
