What would you do
- Fine-tune and optimize machine learning and deep learning models (e.g., computer vision, NLP, LLMs, generative models) for production-grade performance.
- Research and prototype novel machine learning approaches, exploring how they can be adapted, improved, or fine-tuned for TNGD use cases.
- Design and execute structured experiments with clear hypotheses, measurable outcomes, and reproducible evaluation methods.
- Develop production-ready Python code beyond training scripts, including data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and automation utilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy models, monitor performance, and implement improvements through iterative fine-tuning cycles.
- Communicate complex concepts and experimental results clearly, especially when pitching new ideas or presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with cutting-edge AI research and proactively explore new architectures, optimization techniques, and training strategies.
Who should join us
- Initiative: Takes ownership of model performance and consistently explores ways to refine, fine-tune, and enhance models.
- Strong Python proficiency: Able to write clean, modular, and efficient code for training, evaluation, data handling, and automation.
- Hands-on model training and fine-tuning experience with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow—beyond simply using pre-built libraries.
- SQL skills for structured data querying, analysis, and dataset preparation.
- Understanding of production deployment and how models must be fine-tuned, optimized, and validated to meet production requirements (not just POC-level)
- Familiarity with automation workflows and tools such as N8N, HiAgent, or Dify especially for building experiment pipelines, processing flows, or supporting model operations.
- Experience delivering end-to-end AI projects, from problem definition and dataset creation to experimentation, CI/CD, and deployment.
- Familiarity with model optimization techniques such as latency tuning, quantization, pruning, or distillation for efficient production inference.
- Experience working with transformer-based architectures and fine-tuning large models (e.g., LLMs, ViTs).
- Contributions to open-source libraries, research papers, or internal innovation initiatives.
- Strong communicator and collaborator across engineering and ops teams.
