Job Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects that support business objectives and digital transformation.
- Define project scope, goals, and success criteria in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate risks; resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, marketing, and external vendors.
- Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Drive adoption of project management best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and embed continuous improvement.
- Champion project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- PMP or Agile certification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years managing complex projects with technology components.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and business processes; ability to bridge technical and business needs.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in PM tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project).
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to evolving business and technology landscapes.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
