About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Specialist to join our team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will support the positioning and management of
RHB Pay as a strategic digital merchant payment channel. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams to execute channel strategies, drive merchant adoption, and optimize commercial performance in alignment with business objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support the positioning and management of RHB Pay, executing initiatives aligned with channel strategy and business goals
- Contribute to channel roadmap development by gathering market intelligence, merchant feedback, and competitive insights
- Support channel owner activities within SDLC including requirements documentation, UAT coordination, release readiness, and rollout execution
- Execute pricing and fee structure updates, ensuring accurate implementation and communication to relevant stakeholders
- Analyze channel economics, merchant behavior, and transaction trends to identify revenue optimization opportunities
- Support development of commercial propositions, bundling strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive merchant adoption
- Execute go-to-market initiatives for new features and enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Manage pilot programmes and early-adopter initiatives, including onboarding, feedback collection, and performance tracking
- Prepare and maintain channel performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor growth trends and campaign effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including those set by Bank Negara Malaysia and Payments Network Malaysia (PayNet)
What We're Looking For
- 36 years of experience in channel management, product management, payments, digital banking, or related roles
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Experience supporting SDLC processes, UAT coordination, and cross-functional project execution
- Good understanding of merchant acquiring, digital payments, or fintech ecosystem is an added advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
