What would you do
- Develop and maintain scalable, accessible, and performant UI components and patterns used across our digital products.
- Translate brand and UED design concepts into reusable and scalable components for web and mobile apps.
- Solve component design issues and implement improvements with accessibility standards based on user feedback.
- Maintain our visual, component and pattern libraries to ensure they stay updated and relevant.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation with our design language, components and patterns in a clear and accessible way.
- Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and brand teams to ensure seamless integration of the design system across the product ecosystem.
- Support onboarding/training internal teams on the use of design system for adoption.
- Conduct regular reviews of the design system with front-end developers to ensure effective implementation in product development.
- Champion system thinking and advocate for design consistency and reusability across the organization.
Who should join us
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a design system or product design role.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, accessibility, and design tokens.
- Experienced working with component libraries in tools like Figma and implementation in code via frameworks such as React or Flutter.
- Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and responsive web systems.
- Strong visual design skills including color theory, icons, illustration, and other digital artwork.
- Problem-solver with a deep understanding of user-centered design and an eye for visual consistency.
- Excellent proficiency in design system tools such as Figma, Tokens Studio, Supernova, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience mentoring junior designers is a plus.
