The Day-To-Day Activities
Product Delivery & Execution:Own end-to-end delivery of assigned app features or journeys.Translate requirements into clear product documentation and user stories.Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver quality releases.Support UAT, release planning, and post-release business validation.Performance & Metric:Monitor basic app performance indicators features.Track feature-level KPIs such as adoption, conversion, and usage of analytics reports.Identify improvement opportunities using available data and insights.Customer-Centric Experience:- Apply customer-first thinking in feature design and prioritisation.
- Use user feedback and analytics to improve usability and journeys.
- Ensure alignment with app experience and design standards.
- Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Collaboration with Marketing, IT, and Operation team.
- Communicate on tasks progress, risks, and dependencies clearly.
- Support cross-functional initiatives involving the app.
About You
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 35 years in digital product or mobile app roles.
- Proven success in requirement capturing and implementation with high user engagement and commercial impact.
- Experience with MarTech, analytics, A/B testing, customer data platforms, and performance marketing integration.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Strong execution and problem-solving skill.
- Strong business acumen with customer-first and mobile-first thinking.
- Clear communicator, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Proficient in app KPIs, comfortable in performance tracking, A/B testing, and personalization enablement.
- Able to work in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with multiple priorities.
- Detailed-oriented and delivery focus.
- Customer-minded and pragmatic.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and does not shy from communication.
- Make decisions based on insights with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
