ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is available due to an internal transition, offering a great opportunity for a new team member to join and make an impact.

As a Senior Specialist in Performance Marketing, you will take ownership of end-to-end campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other programmatic platforms. You will manage daily account responsibilities, oversee budgets, optimize bids, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable business outcomes for clients. You'll run tests, monitor campaign performance, and continuously identify opportunities to improve ROI.

To be considered, candidates must currently reside and be eligible to work in Malaysia.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Specialist, Performance Marketing will be responsible for determining and executing the best in-class Paid Media strategies to drive key business outcomes for clients.

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other programmatic platforms
  • Oversee budgets, bids, pacing, and campaign structures to maximize ROI and scalability
  • Monitor campaign performance, daily account health, and key metrics (KPIs, ROAS, conversions, CTR, CPA)
  • Develop end-to-end performance marketing strategies aligned with client and business goals
  • Identify growth opportunities across channels, forecast trends, and plan campaigns accordingly
  • Collaborate with account teams, SEO Specialists, creative, content, product, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
  • Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and recommend optimizations for ad creative, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies
  • Provide structured guidance and mentorship, share best practices, and support the growth of colleagues
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and ad tech innovations, and evaluate/implement new tools
  • Explore automation, AI-assisted optimization, and advanced targeting techniques, including audience segmentation, remarketing, and lookalike modeling
  • Integrate multi-channel campaigns (paid search, social, programmatic, video) to drive cohesive performance outcomes
  • Present insights, reports, and strategic recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable decisions
  • Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies, advertising regulations, and brand guidelines, maintaining high standards of accuracy and reporting
  • Support SEO, content, and organic strategies with paid performance insights

ABOUT YOU

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, e-Commerce, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
  • Preferably 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Internet-savvy and comfortable working with numbers & charts
  • Proficiencies in the use of Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, strong customer service skills, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of web design and HTML is an added advantage
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing, detail-oriented digital advertising agency environment
