Summary:
To support in new product development / product marketing enhancements and reporting
Responsibilities:
1. Product Marketing Collaterals & Communication
- Review marketing materials and/or sales support kits (brochures, placemats, training slides) are in line with the guidelines, intended product features and target customer base
- Prepare & Review internal product communication
- Support distribution channels with product sales tools
2. Product Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare any product related reports/dashboard
- Perform data analytic on product sales trend and customer reach
- Engagement with distribution to deep dive product performances (sales, mix)
- Regular market intelligence on product and campaigns
3. Product Development & Implementation
- Assist in end-to-end product development and to work with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
- Work with Transformation Office for products UAT.
- Ensure both Front-end System and Excel planner (including inforce Sales illustration) is in compliant to the intended product and pricing design and requirement.
Requirements:
1. Education: Preferably has a degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. marketing, business, quantitative, statistics), while a professional certification or relevant technical qualifications are desirable.
2. Experience: 2+ years experience in product development, customer campaign management and/or data analytics in a Insurance/Takaful company
3. Skills:
- Creative
- Strong technical skill and logical thinking.
- Analytical / numerical skills (Excel, SPSS, SQL, PowerBI etc)
- Skilled in PowerPoint presentation
- Communication & inter-relation skills
