About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Specialist to join our Product Solutions team at RHB Investment Banking. In this role, you will be responsible for managing regulatory processes, supporting structured product issuance, and executing OTC derivatives transactions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Trading teams to ensure seamless product execution, adherence to regulatory standards, and continuous enhancement of business processes.
What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure full compliance with Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management requirements across all product activities
- Manage and execute regulatory submissions and documentation for structured warrants, OTC derivatives, and new product initiatives
- Liaise closely with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal governance standards
- Drive enhancement and optimization of business process flows in line with policy or regulatory changes
- Support growth in structured warrants issuance and OTC derivatives business activities
- Structure and execute over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives transactions
- Monitor and contribute to revenue generation from OTC and structured product activities
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient execution
What We're Looking For
- A recognised degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in treasury, derivatives, structured products, or capital markets
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and product governance within financial markets
- Experience in structured warrants, OTC derivatives, or related product solutions is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong sense of accountability and risk awareness
